5. The first date

Sabrina POV

Me and Violet were sitting in my bedroom while I pulled my hair into a messy bun getting ready for my date with Ethan. I went into my closet and pulled on some skinny jeans and an off the shoulder tee shirt. I put on the necklace that Ethan gave me for my birthday that had Rina engraved on it. I slipped on my old black converse and me and a Violet walked downstairs. It was an awkward scene down there. Mom was on dads shoulders putting the star on the Christmas tree, Chris, Connor and a few of their other friends were playing xbox and Chloe was playing American Girl Dolls with Rose, violets little sister. Ethan's mom was in the kitchen making dinner and Audrey was having a flour fight with her dad. Violets mom Calypso was sitting on Leo's lap looking at pictures on her phone while Leo made comments on them all.
I walked out the back door to Ethan sitting on the lawn chair by the pool. Hey I said. You ready. Yup he replied. He grabbed my hand and we climbed over the fence. We were walking through a park when I saw I pretty little pond surrounded by hundreds of tulips. My favorites. I took Ethan down there and I slipped off my shoes and socks dipping my feet in the water. The pond was warm and little fish swam all over. Ethan sat next to me with his arm around my shoulders. With his other hand he brushed my hair out of my face and kissed my forehead. He reached up to the top of my head and undid my messy bun. My long brown, wavy hair flowed down my shoulders. Sorry I couldn't help it he said. Your hair looks beautiful with your eyes. I blushed. He plucked a tulip out of the ground and put it behind my ear. There he said. I picked a few more tulips and made a flower crown. I pulled my feet out of the water and dried them  in the lush grass. I pulled on my socks and shoes and stood up. I held Ethan's hand and together we walked down the sidewalk surrounding the playground. I heard a little girl on the swings say to her mom, is that girl a princess mommy. I chuckled under my breath and Ethan said why would she think your a princess. Your an angel. It was the best feeling ever to know that I had Ethan for good. After a while we headed back home. When we got to my house we climbed over the fence into the backyard and went inside. Where did you two go? My Mom asked. Oh just for a walk, you know by the park. Ok my mom replied. Then I heard Annabeth yell, Dinner is ready! Everyone grabbed a slice of her homemade pizza and a can of sprite. Everyone gathered into the living room to watch the newest season of Fuller House. We all took our place in the living room. I sat on the end of the couch next to Ethan, all of the parents sat together, Percy had Audrey on his lap, Chloe was sitting with Connor and Rose while all of Chris and his friends piled at the other end of the couch. We all ate our pizza and binge watched the season. At the beginning of the fifth episode my mom paused the tv. Is everyone ready to go to the lake house in Florida tomorrow! Ya! Everyone chorused. Did everyone pack there things! Ya! Everyone chorused. Does everyone know where all there electronic chargers are! Yaaaaa! We all chorused. Then my mom turned our show back on.
