chapter 9

Marienette POV

I'm not gonna lie,  I assumed Nathaniel was just tricking me again but after I voiced my confusion he explain that he just got bored, by the way ouch and he likes Chloe,  so I guess I'll believe him for now,then me and him quickly went to find Adrien and then later find him Chloe but as we walk down the hallway I saw something that made my heart clench.

Adrien and Chloe together why, no why would this happen to me, yet with my luck of course I'd be out here walking with my former rapist/forced boyfriend to find my ex boyfriend that I loved then cried days over and see him with my bully/the evil witch from high school I'm mean yeah look at my great damn luck

Adrien quickly stops talking to Chloe and looks up probably hearing our footsteps and froze seeing my, more then likely heart-broken face "um h-hey a-adrien" I say the vibe of akwardness surrounding all of us "oh hi" He responds looking to the side and rubbing the back of his neck

"Chloe can I talk to you" Nathaniel smoothly says moving forward guiding Chloe away with his hand on the small of her back quickly looking over his shoulder and giving me a thumbs up yea thanks a lot  "so uh Mari I um-" Adrien starts but I quickly cut him off wanting to get to the point just in case he shuts me down it's not like I wasted that much time "I want to be your girlfriend again! I-I want you to kiss me like you did and hold me and m-make me feel like I might be more then I think I am!" I say getting more and more into my rant as I talk "and I want all the overrated shit that seems like its in some dramatic story to end! So either way if you say yes or no I'm not gonna continue ill just go on my merry fuc-" I try to continue but find it hard with his lips on my wait his lips are on mine,  oh shit Mari kiss back you idiot with that thought I quickly kiss back

I wrap my arms around his neck and deepen the kiss while his arm around my waist tightens then after a few seconds he pulls away both of us panting "shut up Mari did you really think I would reject the most beautiful girl in college" He tells me eyes widening before quickly adding "wait what about Chloe" I look over his shoulder seeing Chloe against the wall making out quite vigorously I might add with Nathaniel i then tell Adrien "I think she'll be fine" Before pulling him into another kiss.
