I'm not like the Me that I used to

Cause I'm more tired today...

Unlike the other days that I'm used to

Now my sky is grayer than gray...

I can't live like I used to,

Cause my emotions are fading

I can't smile like I used to,

Now that my life is again astray

Cause my rhymes & my flows

Are not that good anymore

I'm like the unsinkable ship

But with no love story on board

My poems aren't like what it used to,

Cause my stories are now a blank page

I couldn't even get used to,

My life that has now fully changed

I can't breathe like I used to

I'm getting sicker each day...

My lungs don't work like they used to

I feel my body giving up everyday...

Cause all my hopes & my dreams

Have all gone without a trace

They took my future along with them

And left myself whom I cannot motivate...
