It was silent as we ate, I looked over at the slave. He hadn't touched his food at all, you'd think he'd be grateful for everything were doing for him.
"Why aren't you eating?" I asked.
He looked at me, then looked down, "I.... Well.... I-"
"My gosh, spit it out!"
He flinched slightly, "I.... "
I rolled my eyes, "It's not poisoned you idiot."
He blushed and looked down at his plate from embarrassment. Itachi kicked me under the table.
"Ow, what the hell?!" I yelled at him.
Itachi frowned, "Let's go talk in private."
"But what about him?"
"Let's go now."
Itachi stood up and left the table, I had no choice but to follow him into the hallway.
"What?" I asked.
"Don't what me, what the hell are you doing in there?"
"What the hell do you mean?"
"I mean caring for that slave."
"I'm pretty sure he has a name."
"Oh, please tell me you aren't.... " he sighed, "You know the rules right?"
"Yes."
"Good, so don't do anything stupid with this kid got it?"
He left before I could say anything, what the hell did he mean? I don't care for the kid....
I do.
N-No i don't, I don't care for the kid.
