This chapter will have all of the information you will need to request, so please read through the whole chapter before requesting.

• Please let us know if you are planning to make profit off of the graphic(s) you request! This is a bit of a personal rule for me (korslay) although it does apply for all of our members. I don't think anyone is about to use my mediocre graphics for an actual published book, but I do know for a fact that the other members in this group are fully capable of making covers for published books that look professional as fuck and I don't want to see anyone doing them dirty and making profit off of their work without permission! I got paranoid for this because I also post some of my works on other social medias, and random people have requested from me through them. They request quickly and I haven't been able to keep track of where they're using them and for what reasons. So please do not use our work for profit w/o permission. You can also get in legal trouble for doing so, because all the resources we use for our graphics are not ours and they're all copyrighted, so don't be a dumb ass since you can get in legal trouble and be obligated to pay real currency for it.

• No shop-hopping. Please be honest with us if you have already requested from another designer, because we don't want to waste our time in making a request that was already done by someone else. This includes wanting to have "options" or seeing what the end result would be for the several designers you requested from. Our cover styles will be showcased in the next chapter, so this should prevent you from being indecisive. If you don't like any of our members' styles, then please request from another shop.

• Please only request from one of our members, or don't include any member in your form if you don't have a preference. For an example on what not to do: "I would like @laursexual, @shprism or @majestic-lxgic to make my cover!" We accepted these in the past, but it has been hard to organize and contact each other to figure out who makes which request. We will no longer be accepting requests with several members listed. So please, only include one member who you want to make your cover. If you do not have a preference, leave your preference blank, and your request will be picked up by random. We recommend looking through our style chapters several times to help you make up your mind.

• If you didn't have a preference listed in your form, and are somehow upset with who picked up your request by random, and then want another one of our members to redo it, we will be denying it. If you didn't have a preference in the first place, then you really shouldn't be upset with who made your cover. If this happens, let the member who picked up your request know that you won't be using the cover they made for you and then request from another shop. This includes you "forgetting" to list your preference. If you somehow forgot to list your preference and are upset with who made your cover, we're denying your redo request as well. Sorry /:

• When listing your preference, please list the member's @ instead of their name. It notifies the member on their personal account (that most of us are on more than this account) that they have been requested.

• Do not request if you don't plan on using the cover, but just wanted to 'test us out' or for some other reason. Like we said previously, we are not here to make graphics that won't ever be used.

• If you don't even have a summary-let alone a chapter ready for your book, please do not request for a cover. This rule is pretty self-explanatory. You shouldn't need a cover when you don't even have your book planned out.

We have updated our required payment. We hope this does not upset anyone or stop anyone from requesting from us, but all of our members think that this is the least we could ask for as a payment for the hours we put into your covers. After all, no one here is actually paying us real currency, so we hope no one is upset about this change.

Please complete the following before we send your HQ cover to via email:

• Follow this account.
• Include in the description of your book something along the lines of: "cover made by @*member name here* from @totgraphics"

Now that you have read through the rules, please include this phrase at the end of your form (a.k.a this is the password)-which will be in a separate chapter:

If this phrase is not included at the end of your form, it will be denied. Remember to add this phrase when requesting on the separate form chapter!

Graphic styles of each member will be showcased in the next few chapters (after the translations of this chapter). We recommend looking through the individual artist's styles before requesting - which will be the chapters after the translations - so you know which artist to request from. ⋙
