Chapter 6

Lying in bed, I couldn't help but wonder if Dillon went back to his brother's rogue pack or if he took my advice and left to have a better life. But one thing I couldn't stop thinking about it the blurry image of his brother. Is it possible for someone to change to the point their brother hardly recognises the person he has become. I have never met anyone who I couldn't read clearly, which makes his brother more interesting. But unfortunately, from what I saw in Dillon' s mind, I can't see him leaving his brother behind. His loyalty to his brother is too strong, the only person that can save him is his mate and he isn't likely to find her around here if he hasn't already.

Eventually, I could feel my eyes getting heavey and it wasn't long before I fell into a deep sleep. But it wasn't the peaceful sleep I'm used to, blurry images of Dillon' s brother and Nate filled my dreams. It was strange, I'm not used to having dreams or well dreams I can remember.

My alarm woke me from my restless sleep, I groaned as I turned over to press the snooze button. Is it seriously morning already, I feel like I have only been asleep for a couple of hour's. Dragging myself out of bed, I walked lazily towards my bathroom. A shower is exactly what I need to wake me up. After twenty minutes in the shower, I have gotten most of my usual energy back.

Wrapping a towel around me, I dried my hair with a smaller one before I walked back into my room. I grabbed my black denim short, a vibrant pink tank top and my Hightops. Throwing them on, I then started to blow dry my hair, I left it down with my natural waves flowing down my back. As for makeup I didn't bother except for some lip gloss. After one last look in the mirror, I grabbed my jacket and walked down stairs to get something to eat.

Just as I hit the bottom step, I found my grandparents already in the kitchen.

"Morning" I smiled at them.

"Hey, how did you sleep on you're first night here?" my grandmother smiled.

"Okay, a bit restless" I said honestly.

"It's a big change, I'm sure you will sleep better once you adjust to living up here. How did you're talk with Dillon go?" She asked even though I know she already knows the answer, she could read his thoughts as well and I guess that's how she knows his name.

"I don't think I changed his mind but I gave him something to think about. He isn't anything like what I thought rouges would be like. But then again he is the only rogue I have met" I frowned thinking about our chat and how his blurry picture of his brother kept me from my usual deep sleep but so did Nate. I wonder if he will actually come to visit like he promised.

"Sometimes all you need to do is plant the seed and watch it grow. He is an intelligent boy, he will make the right decision soon" She said almost making me jump, my mind was so focused on them I forgot I was also suppose to be holding a conversation.

"I hope you're right because his path if he stays with his brother is only going to be full of death and destruction" I said surprised at the sound of sadness in my voice for this stranger because that's what he is, I would never have met him if he didn't step foot into the packs territory.

A loud knock at the door broke me once again from my thought's. I don't know what's up with me this morning, normally I wouldn't be so easily distracted by my thought's. Must be the lack of sleep kicking in. Walking towards the door I found Callum and Kieran standing at the doorstep with concerned faces as the roamed every inch of my body to check for any injuries or mark's.

"As you can see, I'm fine, nothing happened" I reassured them, I couldn't help but smile at their concern and fear for me.

"Did he talk to you about his brother and what his plan's are?" Callum asked with a hopeful glint in his eyes.
