Money Pov

Soon as I got ready to get off on the exit, red and blue lights flashed behind me with the sound of sirens following. I was strapped, and so was everyone else in here, besides them dumb ass niggas. I knew I wasn't going over the speed limit so what the fuck was the problem? Plus we had a fake tag on this burner car.

"FUCK." Cash and I let roll off of our tongues at the same time.

"Money, Money, Money." Cash waving his hands in front of my face in a rapid motion while repeatedly calling my name broke me out of my trance. Clearing my throat I looked over at him.

"Man, get your hands out of my face before I break them. What's the problem?" I asked him hoping that he didn't realize I was starting to have my own scenarios playing out in my head again.

"You zoned out bruh, I could tell because your eyes got wider and you accelerated the car. What happened in the scenario, Money?"

"Who this nigga related too? That's So Raven or some shit?" Bully asked from the backseat causing Cash and Nate to erupt with laughter. I didn't laugh though, I didn't even smile I had a more serious task at hand than jokes right now.

"I'm good Cashton, and that was lame Bully so i'm not going to even entertain your ass." I chose to just avoid the conversation. I sometimes tend to zone out while scenarios pop up in my head, and most times I believed them until I snapped away from it, like now. It was something that I couldn't get rid of.

As a kid, it happened more often than now which is why Cash knew it happened. My parents were worried when it first started to happen so we went and talked to many doctors and psychologists. However, they insisted that I was just daydreaming and called it normal. Someone or something always snaps me out of it before I get too far into believing the scenarios, and I guess that was the good thing for now.

'You told Macy that you tend to zone out sometimes? Don't you think that's some shit she should know about while dealing with you?" He asked me sounding concerned.

"No, I haven't. I will when i'm ready to. Don't you think you should mind your business?" I personally don't think she needs to know because she makes me so happy that I never zone out while in her presence. Her energy uplifts me.

"Cool, do it your way. When something seems to happen expect me to say I told you so."

I know that there's a huge possibility that I could zone out with Macy and it could get too far, but I've been doubting it heavily. I should discuss the seriousness of this with her, but i'm not for my own selfish reasons.

Pulling up at the Warehouse I let the thoughts quickly diffuse around in my mind and parked in the back.

"Bully and Nate, take them in there and just tie them around the poles. Cash go make sure the heat on and I'll be in a few." I said as I took out a pre-rolled blunt and grabbed my lighter to lit it as they hopped out.

Bringing the blunt to my lips I inhaled it, and relaxed. Deciding to call Macy before going in here to do what I had to do I dialed her up quick. As soon as she answered I let the first three words on mind slip effortlessly from my lips.

"I love you Mace."

"I love you more. Is everything okay?" She asked with a hint of nervousness evident in her voice.

I smiled knowing that she was worried about me. Everything about her was genuine.

"I'm good, baby. I just needed to hear your voice honestly." I didn't need to be directly in her presence to know that she was blushing.
