Yeah strong enough because actually, they did become together but...
Cisco doesn't feel like it is easy to talk to someone using just pen and paper.
But it wasn't easy for Cisco to just leave someone he used to talk to.
But suddenly during break time Cisco saw a bully bullying Caitlin so he stood up for her and said
"leave her alone"
but since Caitlin has no clue on whats happening she kept a straight face waiting for someone to write in her notebook
Cisco then pulled out a sharp ass pencil facing the bully's eye
The bully then left them alone scared urging to tell their advisor.
After a few hours, the bully called Cisco saying he intended to injure him
so then the advisor scolded cisco for hours...
a few moments later Caitlin peaked on the faculty window seeing the advisor scolding Cisco saying I have no choice but to call your parents as a school rule
(Yeah she cant hear but she gets curious about her boy best friend being inside the faculty)
Caitlin thought of defending Cisco as a rule of "FRIENDSHIP"
So then Caitlin wrote in her big ass notebook "HE DID NOTHING WRONG"
facing towards the faculty's window.
The advisor so then called Caitlin to go inside the faculty
so she went outside and wrote in Caitlin's notebook explain what really happened.
After Caitlin explained what really happened, the Advisor canceled to call Cisco's parents.

THEN AFTER A LOT OF MOMENTS TOGETHER Cisco and Caitlin felt way closer to each other week by week until Cisco actually asked Caitlin to be his girlfriend because he felt like she's so important on his daily activities.
