Room 42 (Book Two in the Room 69 Trilogy)

Chapter 7

"Hey gorgeous."  Sting said.  I blushed and looked down at my feet.

"H-hi."  I tucked my hair behind my ear.  "Long time no see."

"Yeah."  He leaned in closer to me, his lips brushing my cheek.  "It's been horrible without you."  We stayed like that for a moment, before I took a step back.

"I need to pick Nashi up from Natsu and Lisanna's house in two hours, so we should get going."  I said, flustered.

"Ok."  Sting said, leading me to his car and opening the door for me.  "In you go my lady."  I giggled, getting in.

"What do you think?"  He asked me.  I looked up from my burger, my mouth stuffed.  I chewed hurriedly in order to answer him.

"It's so good!"  I said once I'd swallowed.  "Thank you."  Sting leaned over with a napkin and wiped by my mouth.

"You had burger juice there."  He chuckled.

"Oh.  Thank you."  I said, wiping it myself as well.  "Is it gone?"

"Yes."  He chuckled.  "You look really cute."  My face flushed once again.  

"I need to go to the toilet."  I said, standing abruptly.

"Ok, see you."

I stared at myself in the mirror.

"Ok."  I said, "Get a grip of yourself Lucy."  I slapped my cheeks in an attempt to calm the redness.  It didn't work.  I sighed, before reapplying my lip gloss.

"You can do this."  I walked back to the table.

"Hey, Lucy."  Sting said.  "Meet Rogue."  He gestured to the man who'd pulled up a chair to the table. 

"Nice to meet you."  I said, sitting back in my place.

"We met in university."  Sting said.  "He saw me and came over to say hi."

"I can leave if you're in the middle of a date."  Rogue said, shifting uncomfortably on his seat.

"No, it's fine."  I smiled at him.  "I should probably pick up my daughter from the babysitter's."  I stood up and picked up my bag.

"Thank you for taking me out."  I said to Sting, "And it was nice meeting you, Rogue."

"Come on sweetie."  I said, "You need to go to bed."  Nashi stuck out her bottom lip petulantly.

"Want Bella."  She said.  Oh god.  I took her toy with me to see Sting.

"I'll be back in a bit sweetie."  I said, running to my bag.  I rummaged through it frantically.  It wasn't there.  I tipped out the contents of my bag.  Everything except Bella fell out.

"Damn it.  Where is it!"  I cried.

"Mummy!"  Nashi cried.  

"I'm coming sweetie!"  I said.  "Oh god, where is it?"  I could hear Nashi wailing from next door.  I tried to ignore her and continue searching, but eventually I couldn't bear it and ran back to her.  I picked her up and bounced her slightly to try and calm her.

"I don't know where Bella is, so how about we go and hunt for her?"  I asked, wiping Nashi's red face.  She slowly nodded.  

"Ok."  I said, reaching to pick up my phone.  "First let's see if mummy's friend has seen it."  I said, ringing Sting.  The phone dialled before going to voice mail.  "Ok.  He's not answering the phone, so I guess we'll go see him."  I threw Nashi up slightly.  "Shall we get you in your buggy or your sling?"

"Sling."  Nashi said.  

"Ok, here we are."  I said.  I glanced down at Nashi on my chest.  "And you fell asleep."  I murmured.  "Guess we don't need Bella."  I said, starting to move away from the door.  "But while we're here it'd probably be better to get it anyway."  I rang the doorbell.

Nobody answered, so I waited a minute before ringing again.  This time the door was answered.

"Rogue."  I said.  "Nice to see you again.  I was wondering if Nashi's-oh..."  I stared at him.  "You're not wearing any trousers..."

"Who is it?"  Sting said, wandering up behind Rogue.  "Lucy."

"And you're only wearing underwear."  I said.  "I'm sorry, were you asleep.  I'm sorry if I disturbed you.  Um, I was just wondering if I'd left Nashi's toy at the restaurant."

"Yeah, I picked it up.  I'll go get it."  Sting said.  I stood there awkwardly in front of Rogue.

"So...um... how do you two know each other?"  He asked

"We met at school."  I said.  "He was kinda my first love, but then we didn't see eachother for about five years or so."  

"Oh, cool.  How old is she?"

"Nearly two."  I said.

"And who's the father?"  He asked.  "I might know him."

"Natsu Dragneel."  I said.  

"What?"  Rogue burst out.  "Sting's cousin?"

"What?"  I said.  "Sting is Natsu's cousin."

Yay!  Another update!  Are you guys proud?  Also, check out my new story:  "My Girlfriend is Idol Trash", not a NaLu story, or fairy tail related at all, but it's a series of short one shots about a boy and his girlfriend, and their issues.  Because his girlfriend is obsessed with Love Live.

Also, I want to start a new story once I've finished this one, whilst working on the third book, with a LOT more smut in it.  Hopefully GaLe.  However I have a lot different ideas for the setting.

1. BDSM (either just straight up BDSM or Daddy kink)

2. A historical fiction involving either an arranged marriage, concubines or something similar.

The only thing I know for sure is the age gap will be 12 years or over, and that I want a LOT of smut in it.  ;-)
