So my mom asked why I always wear long sleeves and she asked me to show her my arm and I had to tell her stuff I didn't wanna like my self hate history and such and I'm panicking cause I don't wanna go to a psychologist and have to take pills because I'm comfortable with the voices and as odd as this sounds I don't want them to go and I'm just freaking out heeellppppp
Luckily my fav field trip of the year is next week and it's an overnight one for 3 days and I'm excited to just relax and not worry about these things
Also how do you self harm and not leave a mark?
