Chapter 19: Over

Walking to school today, as everything became really slow.

I didn't want to go to school.

Maybe I should confess to Suzy, Jin Kyung and Shin Hye that I've been dating Chanyeol behind their backs?

I entered the school entrance and headed straight to my locker.

I did my locker combination and finally opened my locker.

I threw everything into my locker and slammed it.

"Are you okay, Sunmi?" Suzy smiled, holding her things between her chest.

"Uh, ani?" I sighed.

"Mwo? What is it! Tell me everything, that's making you upset."

"So? Suzy, I feel like I'm a bad friend."

"For what? You didn't do anything wrong with us?"

"What are you guys talking about?" Jin Kyung and Shin Hye butt into our conversation.

I gave a weak smile.

"I've been doing something behind your back?"

"Like what?" Suzy frowned.

"I've been... Dating Chanyeol behind your backs." I finally answered.

Suzy's eyes widen at my response and a flash of knives attacked my face.

"Sunmi! I trusted you! How can you do that behind my back! We've been friends for so long!" 

Jin Kyung and Shin Hye looked at me in disappointment.

"Jin Kyung, Shin Hye? Are you guys disappointed in me too?"

"Yeah, pretty much Sunmi? I can't believe you did that behind our backs, you're not a true friend."

They all then left one by one.

Tears rolled down my eyes.

I should've never dated Chanyeol, I hate him so much.

I wiped my tears and stormed out of the school.

Someone had finally caught me.

"Sunmi?" A familiar voice asked me.

"Sehun, let me go..."

"Why are you crying?"

"Just let me go!"

Sehun suddenly pulled me into a hug.

"Don't do this... You know going to school is important. This can affect your career in the future."

Sehun walked me back into the school.

He sat me down by my locker.

He then continued talking to me, until the bell had finally rung.

Sehun and I both walked to class and I sat in my seat.

I laid my head onto the desk.

I looked at Shin Hye and she never looked back at me.

Does this day get any worse?

Maybe Chanyeol forgot about what happened yesterday, I should try talking to him today.

"Annyeonghaseyo..." Ms. Bom smiled.

"Annyeonghaseyo." The whole class greeted.

"Sunmi, are you okay?"

"I'm fine?" I sighed.

Ms. Bom then instructed us what to do later then.

"Here are your packets." 

I grabbed my packet, rolling my eyes.

"Oh, Sunmi? Have you been working with Chanyeol after school everyday?"

"Ani, I'm not?"

"Wae?" Ms. Bom's eyes widen.

"I don't know? If he doesn't want help, he doesn't need help." I huffed, pushing my hair back.

Ms. Bom sighed, signaling me to go back to my seat.

(Lunch)

I walked out of my class and to my locker.

After I finished with my locker, I slammed it harshly.

As I turned around, I saw Chanyeol walking with another woman.

I ran towards him with a smile.

"Chanyeol-shi!" 

Chanyeol turned around, trying to avoid me.

"Yah! I'm talking to you Chanyeol! Why have you been avoiding me!"

"It's all because of you Sunmi!"

"It was a mistake! I forgot about what you have told me!"

"It wasn't a mistake, Sunmi? You probably never liked me."

"I do! Chanyeol, you can't assume!"

My voice became louder as I continued stating everything.

"Just, leave me alone!" Chanyeol screamed and pushed me away.

I fell onto the floor as I felt myself starting to twitch.
