The cold touch of depression

The cold is often chilling, to the bones almost. Even bundled in multiple layers it still seems to send goosebumps running across my arms and prickling at my legs not only that but you get runny noses and more illnesses. I know of many people, including myself that tend to consider the cold to be depressing, and it makes sense. You're almost always inside and definitely not getting enough sunlight especially due to the dark clouds that seem to constantly gather in the sky. The cutting harshness of the wind never helps, not only that but it's always biting at your nose and ears and piercing at your face.
