memories
they come and go
some stay
some leave
some make us happy
some make us cry
but never forget the most important ones
the ones with family
the ones with friends
the ones that make you smile
the best are never the ones you remember though
you remember the ones that scared you
the ones that hurt you
the ones that broke you
but try, try to remember the ones that made you smile
the ones that made you laugh
the ones you shared with others
but never forget they are only to distract you from the true pain you feel
