- junhui and his cat, yaya, are the B E S T friends everrrr
- everyone hates him now
- cheol got him the cat (bc the little kitten was all alone near their dorms and he didn't exactly have a present for his bday and he knows junhui likes kitties) and he was in the middle of building a house out of cards with chan WAY TOO into it and soonyoung blocking any breeze that'd come near the tower with mingyu filming
- so when he came in, JUNHUI DROPPED EVERYTHING AND NEARLY HOPPED OVER THE TABLE
- all in all, the cards were everywhere and chan was left to mourn the mess
- the little kitty was just meowing so much and climbing up cheol's arm, which hurt like butt cheek on a stick
- this lil brown tabby changed junhui's whole life forever
- yaya goes with him everywhere, partly because he sneaks her into his jackets, coats, blankets...
- after a few months, yaya was only allowed to be kept in their dorms
- yaya started getting lazy around her 1st birthday (yes, junhui threw a big fat party and invited all of his bandmates and monsta x)
- they're so in sync and tight with each other that they even give each other high fives and by a kiss noise, she crawls right into the crook of his neck

- wherever she laid, he was bound to lay with her too, HIM AND HIS LONG LEGS ALL SPRAWLED OUT ON THE FLOOR AND EVERYONE TRIPS OVER HIM
- wonwoo wants the cat all to himself honestly bc he tends to steal her away and junhui will bolt once she's missing
- they had to buy junhui a whole new set of pants and stuff since he never stops yaya from climbing up his legs and arms and back and seventeen is ABOUT DON E with him
- "whos my precious WITTLE KITTY, MY PWECIOUS WITTLE KITTY KITTY BABY YAYA, WITTLE SUGAR BABYYYYYY"
- "junhui, SHUT U P"
- mingyu goes off, "hey, little yaya kinda looks like our jihoon, right????"
- jihoon chokes on his tea and chases him around for a good half hour, resulting with mingyu getting kicked a few times
- wen just cuddles yaya and croons, "oh no, jihoon could never look like my wittle angel"
- BUT THEN, you came along
- you're good friends with 95 line since you help make their music videos (well, your other friends do / you're the middle man) and you also know A GREAT DEAL about pets and you're good with animals, but they don't know that yet
- because everyone's slowly losing their patience with junhui and yaya since she just recently took a great big poop in the studio and jihoon is DESPERATE
