Chapter 7

Y/N'S POV

For all the rest of my classes I've been thinking about what happened in the janitor closet

I've never felt something like that towards someone and it's scaring me

Especially because Lauren is a fuckgirl and will never feel the same way towards me so I need to forget about all of this and only focus on trying to help her

The school day is over and I'm waiting for Lauren in the parking lot

I see her exit the main doors with her two bestfriends and as she walks in my direction I can't help but think that she's really sexy while walking

When they're in front of me Normani and Dinah look at me with a questioning face

"Why is she in front of your car Lauser?" Dinah asks

"Because she's coming home with me" she says putting an arm around my waist and pulling me next to her

I blush as she kisses my forehead and I can feel my heartbeat going crazy

I try to pull away but she keeps me in place and I can't do anything but stay in her arms

"Not that I'm complaining" I think even if I shouldn't

"Really? How did you convince her?" Normani asks with an excited voice

I widen my eyes at what they're probably thinking

"Nononono, it's not like that I'm just helping her with maths" I reply quickly only to see the smirks on their faces disappear

"Oh" they whispers

As I was saying something else Lauren stops me

"Actually I want to stop bothering you" she says

I look at her with shock in my eyes

Is this really happening?

"What?" I whisper

"You heard me, it will not lead me anywhere if I keep courting you without a reason" Lauren answers but I can see something in her eyes that I can't figure out

What's wrong with her?

"So, do you want to be my friend?" she asks a bit unsure

"Yes, I would like to be your friend" and as I say that she pulls me into a hug

I'm so happy she'll stop with this story but there's a question in my mind that's torturing me

I really want to be just her friend? Or do I want to be something else?
