10 Years Later: 

Jake's POV: 

Team Family- Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday Paris and London!! 

Paris and London smile looking at eachother and then blow out the candles when everyone finishes singing, and then look up and see everyone smiling. 

Erika- Wow we have two kids who are 21.... My god 

Jake looks at them- I need help. Im so fricking old. 

Pam- You think your old 

Logan- Yea Jake im the old one seriously 

I laugh and look at my family and look at all the family surrounded us for there 21st Birthday. 

Paris- So everyone Jacob and I have something to say 

I watch as Jacob walks to her slinging his arm around her and both of them smiling. Ohhh boy I think I know were this is going. I then hear Erika, Tessa, Alissa, and my mom scream along with others and I groan. 

Erika- OMG PARIS DONT ARE YOU 

Paris looks down and smiles as Jacob looks at her and she gives him a nod. 

Jacob- Well Paris and I are going to be parents in about 4 Months 

Everyone smiles and takes there turns hugging them. 

Jake- Wow So you make us parents of 21 year old kids and now your making us grand parents oh boy I really need a vacation after today 

Everyone laughs as they look at Jake smiling. 

Tessa- Wait if its 4 months do you know the gender 

They smile once again. 

Paris- Tess I think you mean genders 

Everyone's jaw drops and they look at them crazily. 

Everyone- YOUR HAVING TWINS 

Paris and Jacob laugh nodding.

About 1 Year Later: 

Nobody's POV: 

Paris and Jacob had the babies and its a girl and boy and they are 8 months old right now. Currently Team 10 and Family are in Hawaii for there annual vacation but every year it gets bigger and bigger. They are here for the 4th Of July big fire works show they are putting on right now. Jacob (Paris's BF) and Zach (London's BF) Are planning something big right now with the help of the guys. 

Everyone is laying in the grass watching the fireworks go off when Chance, Jake, Zach and Jacob stand up leaving everyone confused expect for the guys that know whats going on. They get on the stage that has been playing music and the girls look at them confused. Chance and Jake are busy setting things up and Jacob and Zach grab London and Paris bringing them on the stage. 

Just as the Fireworks stop....

Zach- We met in a crazy way you two being twins and us being brothers it was destiny to happen. After that first night at the bar all 4 of us knew we found the one. You two were 16 at the time and so was I. Jacob was 17. It was meant to be from the very start...

Jacob- After the bar Zach and I could not get you two out of our heads all we thought talked about and dreamt about was you two. We ended up getting lucky and you guys agreed to go on a date with us.
