May I Have This Dance

Clearly

Kaycee was crying into Tahani in front of Sean's pool

"I got you sis... I got you" Tahani comforted Kaycee "When we're at our lowest point we're open to the biggest change"

"Thanks girl but I would like to be left alone right now" Kaycee said to Tahani

"Okay...I'll be right inside if you need me" Tahani said as she gave Kaycee another hug

Kaycee couldn't help but stare up at the stars, unfortunately tears were still running down her face, luckily a small towel appeared before her

She looked over to see Julian handing her the towel but not looking at her crying face

"Thanks Julian" Kaycee said as she took the towel from him and started to dry her tears

"Josh was right it does break my heart to see you cry" Julian said remembering what Josh said to him later on about what happened between him and Kaycee before prom started

"I'm sorry" Kaycee said

"Stop, no one as positive and optimistic as you should ever get down to this point" Julian said as he gave her a short hug "Please cheer up!"

"I'm trying" Kaycee said as Julian went back inside

Kaycee then started to stare into the clear blue pool of water as she saw her distorted reflection, she couldn't help but reflect back to what had just happened with Tati and Sean, to back to Prom, to the sleepover, to buildabeast where KayHanAti got started, classes, friends, family, she couldn't help but reflect about her life up through this point as she looks into the water, water the thing that gives and supports life, water the thing that also has the capability of taking life...

Kaycee then started to hear music playing

She looked up to see Josh offering his hand

"Hey I missed this class and remembering seeing the video and you looked so happy in so do you mind showing me the steps?" Josh said

Kaycee hesitated but she eventually got up

"Fine" she said as she attempts to remember the choreo from almost a year ago but seamlessly does the choreo perfectly

By the time the song was over you can see Kaycee smiling as the lyrics and moves spoke to her

"There it is theirs that smile!" Josh said

"Thanks Josh, dancing does make everything better!" Kaycee said as the next song came on and she grabbed Josh to dance with her

It wasn't long until Julian and Tahani came out to join them making a grand big party of four in Sean's backyard

Inside the house

"I'm happy she's cheering up" Sean said as he and Tati could only watch the other four dance

"Yeah...just sucks that she hates me now" Tati said

"Don't say that! I'm sure you two will work it out" Sean said "Now me on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if she never spoke to me again"

"Yeah but could you blame her" Tati said

"Not really" Sean said

Tahani from outside was motioning for the two to join them but they were hesitant so Tahani came in herself

"Come on! Dance with us!" Tahani said trying to drag Tati

"But she hates us!" Tati said

"Come on!" Tahani said dragging Tati who was already holding Sean

They made it outside and were pushed into Kaycee who didn't care at all because she was dancing, it eventually became contagious as Tati and Sean started to move a little, all the way until they were dancing freely along with everyone

Josh's phone rang stopping the music meaning Josh had to go and answer it which allowed enough time for Kaycee, Tati, and Sean to come down from their little dancing high

They all had trouble forming words to say to each other luckily Kaycee spoke first

"Tati I know you probably hate me after everything that has happen, from the secrecy to shadiness and I just want to say-" Kaycee started until she was crushed by Tati's hug

"Hate you?!?!!? I thought you hated me!" Tati said

"Why would I hate you?" Kaycee asked genuinely confused

"I just thought..."

"I don't hate you, I mean can I blame Sean for falling for someone as wonderful as you? You are my best friend!" Kaycee said remembering what Tahani and Josh told her as Tati started crying

"I love you so much!" Tati said as she hugged Kaycee again

"Love you too sis"

Sean still didn't know what to say but he managed to mouth the words "Sorry" to Kaycee as she was hugging Tati

"It's okay" Kaycee mouthed back

"Friends?" Sean mouthed

"Best friends!" Kaycee mouthed back

Tahani and Julian high-fived at everything working out thanks to them plus Josh

"Sorry that was my mom turns out I'm sleeping over here" Josh said mostly to Sean

"Well if you're staying I'm staying!" Julian added

"Guys night!" Sean said

Tahani makes noise to bring attention to herself "If you can't take me home that means I'm staying too"

"And if she's staying I'm staying" Kaycee said with Tati nodding as shes still hugging Kaycee

"So what we're pulling an all-nighter again?" Sean said

"No, I'm going to bed! Toos much drama for one day" Josh said as he goes inside

"Sounds like a plan" Kaycee said as she started yawning

"Well Sean go get those blankets cause were sleeping in the living room again" Tahani said

"Clearly" Sean said at the obvious instructions
