"Mommy?" I asked.
"Yes darling?"
"Can you stay here with me. I'm scared of the monsters under my bed"
"Oh dear, the monsters are not under the bed" she said.
"Then where are they?"
She sighed, "the monsters are in ourselves."
If only I knew why she would tell her 6 year old daughter that.
