This is a question from a post on Tumblr from rainbowsociety.

1. Do you ever doubt the existence of others than you?

Yes. I do sometimes doubt if the people around me are real. Many times I doubt if I am real. Like this is all some delusion or dream. Or maybe we're just characters in a book someone's writing. Think about it. Do you really decide to go to lunch at a certain time? Or does the bell?

I've thought about this so much. And yes, I do believe we could all be fake. Please read Turtles All The Way Down by John Green. It will get you thinking.
