Harry Freakin' Styles was sat in front of you, ready for his interview with Nick Grimshaw. And you couldn't believe your luck.

Your tutor at Universiy knew of your dream to be a radio DJ and it just so happened that she had connections with Nick Grimshaw. She called him and asked if you could do your 3-week work experience with him. And he was happy to accept. Nick called you the next day and you both decided to meet up before your Work Experience so you could get to know each other.

You sat nervously at a table in the back of a Cafe you had never seen e=before. Nick texted you saying that he would be running a few minutes late because his meeting went on longer than he expected. So you were sat waiting for the man to arrive. Butterflies fluttered around your stomach, afraid that you were going to embarrass yourself. Or that you had put too much makeup on and he would hate it. But your nerves calmed the moment he saw you.

"Hiya Love" He said as you arose from your seat. You both wrapped your arms around the other, holding your hug for a few seconds before sitting back down.

"Its so nice to meet you Sir"

"Oh, there is no need for the formalities. Nick or Grimmy will do just fine"

And from that moment on, you two got on like a house on fire. He brought you a drink the first day your work experience started. He decided that at 5:45 that may be a shot of Vodka for both of you would wake you up a little more. Safe to say, that it worked very well and you woke up very quickly, this becoming a ritual for the pair of you. He spoke about you during his hosting and let you pick a few songs that were to be played which you loved.

There had been a couple of celebrities that came in but none affected you like Harry Styles was currently. You were only a week and a half into your Work Experience and the shock of Harry Styles turning up this morning was enough to wake you up without your ritual. But the next shock you got, woke you up even more and made your heart beat furiously.

"I want you to do his interview babe" Nick sprung on you when Harry first walked into the building. Your eyes widened, causing Nick to laugh at you.

"Nick no. This cannot happen. The first time I meet Harry cannot be me messing up his interview" You told him.

"Hey don't even worry it. Your questions are written down. You just need to ask him them and have a conversation. He's a lovely man so it will be fine sweetheart" Nick explained but it didn't make you feel any better. You may want to be a Radio DJ but this felt a little too early to be doing an interview.
One song was ending as Harry entered the room and Nick went back to his desk.

"Next we have Sign Of The Times by Harry Styles. And then we have an interview with the man himself" Nick said and played Harry's first ever solo single.

He stood from his chair but you stayed on yours, partially afraid of going anywhere near Harry. You always hear stories of people meeting their idols and it not turning out a well as they would like. And you would not let anything ruin your image of Harry Styles. But you would have to talk to him eventually. And that eventually was happening soon, thanks to Nick.

They were having a quick conversation and then Nick waved you over to them. YOu reluctantly moved from your chair and slowly over to the pair. The first thing you noticed was that Harry was a lot taller than you and it was obvious.

"Harry this is Y/N. She's doing her Work Experience with me. And She is going to do your interview" Nick introduced.

"Hey Angel" Harry said and you blushed. Not because he was speaking but because Hey Angel was one of your favourite songs but he didn't seem to realise what he had just said.

"Hi, Sir" You greeted him formally.

"Yeah she has a weird thing about formalities" Nick laughed but you just smiled.

"Call me Harry. Now I need a hug" He said and opened his arms for you. This you took very quickly and wrapped your arms around him.

"Don't be nervous, it's gonna be good sweetie" Harry whispered in your ear whilst still embraced in the hug. This brought a smile to your face and did calm some of your nerves, however, not all of them.

Nick broke your hug when the song stopped and he had to introduce what was happening.

"Well hello, Mr Styles" Nick said in his most enthusiastic voice.

"Hi Mr Grimshaw"

"My daily listeners will now that I have my own little intern this week, Y/N. She wants to be a Radio DJ so I thought it would be a good idea to do her first interview with Mr Styles himself" Nick explained and my leg bounced furiously until Nick put his hand on my leg and raised an eyebrow.

"Sounds like fun mate" Harry said whilst Nick stood from his choice.

"Breathe. Be confident" Nick whispered as you took his seat.

Deep Breath.

Relax.

And..

"Good morning Harry" You said in your cheeriest voice possible with your voice free of nerves.

"Morning Y/N"

"How are you doing today?"

"I feel pretty good. Very perky. How about yourself"

"Definitely not perky. A lot more tired than you seem to be"

"I'm used to the early mornings"

"I definitely am not. As a Uni student, I feel the need to sleep for as long as humanly possible" This made Harry laugh as did Nick.

The interview went on with jokes being made and laughs being shared. For a first interview, it felt like it went very well. Although, it seemed to end very quickly and Harry had to leave to go to his next interview. But he did first stop to say a goodbye to you.

"Nick gave me your number. Hopefully, we can talk again soon" Harry smiled just before he gave you a quick hug.

"It was great to meet you"

"Goodbye Angel" Harry said with a wink and then left the room.

"He does make quite the impression doesn't he?" Nick said quietly.

"That he does"
