As Simple As It Gets

I really don't understand what people don't seem to understand
When I say I don't care, it's truly because I don't care
There's no secret meaning behind it
I truly just don't care
Why would I invest my time into things that I don't care about?
Why would I invest my time with temporary people just to get my time wasted in the end?
I don't care about anything or anyone, it's really not that deep
