Scenario 1.) Reaper go's to the save screen to have small chats and flirt with Geno. Reaper asks Geno if he could stay in his Au, Geno says no and Reaper drags him by the leg to his Au, Geno starts to have feelings for Reaper, Reaper confesses of course since the whole "Geno being a tsundere" thing.
Scenario 2.) Reaper and Geno were already together. They then get married and have Goth (and all the others-)
