Beastly

Above all
The creatures that lie beneath
To feel the lashes on the skin
Beasts that overtake everything
They go unseen
Everyone acts as usual
Being who you are
It goes down the path that is strange
Lovelies need not know beasts
They have none
Only the strongmen have them
Yet inside curls a horrifying monster
Something far out of your control
Whatever it may be
It is wild
Damaging
And greatly feared
Run
Hide
Bawl
Cry
You cannot escape
What resides within
That beast you should not have
However you do
It is a fire
A fire that cannot be extinguished
Clawing
Screaming
Fighting
Growling
The beast within takes over
