Sebastian-
These were the worst days ever, the days when my mom made me visit uncle Jerry in the hospital. He had been in the hospital for about two years now and my mom made me visit him every month. I sat down at the table and began to eat the cereal that my mom had prepared for me. I could not have any pastries for breakfast today, business at my mom's bakery was insane nowadays.
Soon, I was being rushed out the door to by my mom.
"I love you, Sebastian! Be safe and have fun!" She called after me.
I got into my dad's car and watched as my mother scowled at my dad. My dad made a mocking smile back at my mom. Neither of them liked each other anymore.

About 2 and a half years ago my parents got divorced. My dad was $500,000 in debt and had been rude and abusive to my mother. He didn't realize what he was doing until it was too late.
After my mom filed a report against my dad and divorced him he was sent to jail for 2 years. She didn't want the money put on my back when I was older.
My mind snapped back to the car. We had arrived.
"Have a nice time." my dad said to me. I left without saying goodbye. I knew he wanted nothing to do with me or my life and I did not want anything to do with him either.
The meeting with uncle Jerry was very long. He mainly wanted to talk about sports even though he knew I did not like sports or watch them. At the end of my visit, my mom was walking me out the door and I saw a girl from my school. Vanessa, was it? I think it was. I quickly start walking towards her. She looks towards me and quickly walks out the door. Avoiding me.
