Her happy ever after

Chapter 1

Ellie( point of view) 

I woke up in my alarm chip stuck to my ear I invented a couple years ago and walked to my invisible hoover board it took me to my restroom I did my hygiene and exited to my kitchen and took my breakfast pills and went to my lab where I stayed there every day till night making new inventions.

It was now 8 pm and I wanted to eat but I wanted to taste the actual food I don't know  why it is like my whole body's been possed and doesn't want the pills.

I decided to go eat out in a restaurant named Cathy's dinner its the only restaurant left that actually serves food

The restaurant was owned by an old lady named Cathy that was a mother figure to (her).........

she wouldn't admit to using pills because of (her ) words that ring a bell in my ear every day

''Food is meant to be tasted and made with ingredients that have the sunshine in them''

Oh, how her voice echo in my brain I miss her and me  ...........

I made a machine that you put on your leg and puts speed so you can get to your location it was fast.

When I got them I opened the door to get in and saw its quiet no one was in their it was abandoned just like the abandon houses, and Cathy turning and looking straight into my eyes I didn't know what to do

How do I respond when I lost my voice with (her)

Cathy looked at me then turned away from the register and went to the kitchen she came back with my favorite human food and I took the food from her and left to sit at the end of the table

All I can say it had no taste ever since she left.......

I left but decided I would walk instead of using my device 

As I was walking I saw a bunch of signs from 15years ago of how I Ellie changed the world with my first invention and a bunch of pictures of (her)

While I looked at the signs I noticed how the streets were dirty and there were no people to be seen 

I saw a cat crossing the street and then notice the truck coming its way and that weird because no one uses the truck's, because of inventions so I did the only thing came to mind I jumped in and saved the cat, but got hit I guess the only thing I couldn't  prevent with my invention 

Its pain, because my pain no one can prevent not from the physical pain I just got, but emotional 

I was prepared for this day since (she) was gone.............

But I never imagined dying because of saving the cat

I wonder where did all this emotion of caring come from after all I don't feel emotion since she was gone.

At the moment I felt my heart stop and I no longer felt nothing and was in a black hole that 

had no whats so ever light I kept going towards the end of darkness alone with my thoughts I was fine I was always alone and will always be alone at least there's no pain here.

Then all of a sudden a light shone in the middle of the darkness I was afraid of going towards it because I don't want pain, but something kept on bugging me so I eventually went and entered it.

Cathy (point of view)

I was cleaning the register and I saw a customer come in I looked and I was actually not surprised to see who it is after all no one really comes here.
