Thank you for clicking on this story to read. I'm trying my hand at one of those social media AU's that I see. Some things will be a bit different, so yeah bear with me.
First off, Haru and Makoto have never met. Makoto, Nagisa, Rin and Gou are all friends. Haru and Rei are friends. Rin's met Haru before, but they're not friends yet, and I'll get to that. OH YEAH THEY ARE ALSO ALL IN THE SAME YEAR I DONT KNOW HOW THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITH RIN AND GOU BUT LETS NOT FOCUS ON LOGIC.
In this alternate universe, Haru is a pro swimmer already, and Rei is pretty much his only friend so they travel to competitions together. Nagisa, Makoto, and Gou are simple college students, who do pretty much everything together. Rin keeps in touch with them, but he's in Australia and swims for that team, and so he's seen Haru at a few international competitions. Also Haru and Rei know Miss Ama-Chan, but no one else does, she'll appear later on.
