Kyoko followed her true love and childhood friend Sho to Tokyo so she could help him reach his dream of becoming an idol. She cleans, cooks, works three jobs and does nothing for herself because she loves him so much, but gets nothing in return. Still, she remains by his side. But then one day she goes unannounced to his agency with a delivery, and overhears him talking about her; he reveals to his manager that he only took her with him as a maid, and that he doesn't care for her at all. Upon hearing this, Kyoko doesn't just sit around and cry. She cuts and dyes her hair, changes her clothes and attitude and thus begins her journey to join showbiz and have her revenge against Sho.

I'm suing the people who made this show.

HOW COULD THEY JUST LEAVE IT LIKE THAT HUH?! HUUUUH?!

I don't know if you've noticed yet but I REALLY liked this show, like LOVED IT. Maybe it's because it's about actors and I'm into acting myself or maybe because she's out for revenge and I'm totally with her on this one. 

My only problem was the ending. They give you this whole story, and it doesn't even end good! It kind of gives you a cliffhanger, but kind of not. It's just weird. The endings weird. I'm so mad. 

Also, there's a live action drama that's based on the show. I watched like, 2 episodes of it and you know that it's based on the anime and not the manga at all. Everything's pretty much the same except the locations. It's... okay. So if you wanna check it out then go right ahead, but I think the anime's WAY better.

Main Characters

Kyoko Mogami: main girl who got "dumped" (as she so often puts it) by Sho, who is her childhood friend. She's a very hard worker, and very stubborn, and zones out A LOT

Ren Tsuruga: a big actor who doesn't really like Kyoko. He is usually very nice and polite, but only to people who take their job as seriously as he does.

Sho Fuwa: Kyoko's childhood friend who takes advantage of her loving him. He wants to become a big star, a singer. He wants to become a bigger celebrity than Ren Tsuruga. But he's very rude, and doesn't care about Kyoko one bit, or anyone really.
