Here goes the chapter....

It was the mehendi function in the Mansion and like every marriage in the house every one was exited to the best. They were just enjoying, teasing and celebrating the functions.

Annika and Bhvya were helping Gauri and also keeping a check that no one enters the room, especially the groom.

Dadi: Areey ladkiyon jaldi karo everyone is waiting.

Annika: bas daadi, we are ready.

Annika shouted making Gau and Bhavya giggle.

Annika: has liye, now should we get ready

Rivya: yes captain (laughing)

Annika: Nautanki (smiling)

Shivaay and Rudra were in Shivaay's room where a desperate Omkara was roaming in circles

Rudra: O, yeh ring-a ring-a roses Khulna chodo. Dadi aapko bhabhi se nahi Milne dengi.

Omkara: shut up Rudra.

Shivaay: kya hua Om, kyun itna desperate Ho raha hai (he placed his hands on Om's shoulder)

Omkara: Main har samay uske saath rehna chahta hoon Shivaay. I want to see her laughing, giggling. I want to see her enjoying.

Shivaay: haan toh jaa. Kisne roka hai (he smirked)

Omkara (in a defeated tone): kaise voh dono Sherlock homes wahin hain.

Shivaay: tu bas Gauri ko leke rest we will take care of

Omkara: par kaise (confused)

Shivru: hum hai toh kya gam hai.

They said and moved out.

Omkara too went into the hall finding it empty. He smiled when he saw only a panicked Gauri and rest no one else.

Gauri: yeh sab kahan chale gaye.

She was confused. Just a while ago she went for some water and the hall became empty. Though it took a lot of time and she was also not able to drink because she didn't wanted her mehendi to get spoiled.

Gauri: Bhaujayee..... Bhavya... Sab kahan hain... (shouting)

Suddenly she felt someone standing behind her

Gauri: toh yeh aapne kiya hai.

Omkara: Maine kuch nahi kiya, bas samajhlo apne aap ho gaya.

Gauri (confused): kaise?

He didn't answer. In response he just snaked his arms through her waist and pulled her onto his chest.

Gauri: Omkaraji ee aap kaa kar rahe hain.

Omkara: ji hum romance kar rahe hain (smirking)

Gauri: chodiye koi dekh lega (she struggled)

Omkara: chodne ke liye nahi pakda hai.

Gauri: Omkaraji dadi dekh lengi toh gussa... (he cuts her)

Omkara: koi nahi dekhega

Gauri: hatiye hume pyaas lagi hai

Omkara immediately picked up the glass from one of the trays kept and brought her near her mouth: lo piyo

Gauri (struggling to get hold of it): nahi peena. It is difficult to hold it.

Omkara: bas piyo

She followed as she started taking sips.

Annika: To iss liye bahar Rudra ro raha tha

She entered as Rikara immediately separated them.

Shivaay: Om, tu yahan kya kar raha hai (innocently)

Omkara raised a bow questioning but didn't speak because he knew he won't be supported.

Dadi: chalo ab niklo,

Shivru: par hum kyun dadi

Dadi: jaise mujhe nahi pata ki yeh kisne kiya. Jaao ab teeno.

Shivomru started walking towards their room when

Mehendi girl: aapke pati ka naam kya hai

Gauri (shouting): Omkara

Omkara smiled widely and went into the room not without taking a glance at her.

The next day was their haldi function. Since the Obros already did a stunt into the last one dadi strictly ordered every one in the house to not let the two meet. And especially Shivru that if they let Omkara meet Gauri she won't let them too meet Annika and Bhavya. Sighing they agreed because anyway it was a ritual.

That night was hard for both Omkara and Gauri to sleep. They were just changing positions on their respective beds because they were too excited to sleep. Not just because they had their marriage day tomorrow. But also because they were going to get each other for the rest of their lives. It was as if a path filled with roses was now though their way.

Suddenly Gauri's phone had a ping

Omkara: So gyi kya

Gauri: neend nahi aa rahi hai. Aap kyun nahi soye

Omkara: mujhe bhi neend nahi aa rahi hai.

Gauri: Hume dar bhi lag raha hai, sab theek toh hogan naa.

Omkara: Sab theek hoga Gauri, bas apni aankhen band karo aur so jaao.

Gauri: aap bhi so jaiyiye.

Omkara: jaisa aap kahen Mrs Oberoi

Gauri giggled.

He was decked up ad dadi and his mom took balaiyan and he went into the mandap waiting for his girl to get beside him.

He saw her coming with Annika and Bhavya on side and Shivaay, Rudra, Atharva and Shakti holding the chunar above her head. She was smiling wide as if blessed with abundance of happiness. Omkara too was just smiling and looking at her.

He went near her as he held her hand to accompany her to the mandap.

Annivya: kisi se wait nahi ho raha.

They teased making her blush.

They sat in the mandap as the panditji started the rituals. All through the rituals both had an everlasting smile over their faces as the others were happy seeing both of them. They both looked at each other happily as if their heart was just sitting beside them.

The pheras happened where Omkara not for once left her hand even after the gathbandhan was tightly threaded. Gauri on the other hand was just happily rejoicing and thanking her Shankerji for every minute of their lives.

She cried during the kanyadaan remembering her parents but then there were Shivika to hold her and Omkara who was constantly caressing her hands.

He filled her maang with sindoor again as it took them back to the memory lane where he first did the same thing. "I am never going to leave you" he whispered in her ears as she smiled between her tears.

Panditji: Shaadi sampann hui. Aaj se aap dono pati patni hue

Omkara: Congratulations Mrs Oberoi

Gauri (blushing): Congratulations to you too Mr Oberoi.

They went and took the blessings of the elders and with some giggles and teases from the other two couples they finally entered the married phase with all what they wanted to get.
