Biana gently grabbed Sophie's hand and led her over to her bedroom. As soon as they entered the magnificent room of hers, Biana got down to business.
"Red or gold eyeshadow?" Biana asked Sophie, excited to lather her with makeup.
Sophie rolled her eyes and pointed to the gold.
Biana dipped her eyeshadow brush gently in the shimmery color, and dabbed it onto Sophie's eyelids.
She later applied a baby pink gloss to Sophie's lips, making her face glow like the sun.
She handed Sophie a hand-mirror to show her the final result. Sophie couldn't help but let out a gasp. She hadn't felt this beautiful since the last time Fitz complimented her.
"I don't know what to say— Thank you so much!" Sophie shouted as she tackled Biana in a bear hug.
"Miracle worker right here," Biana giggled, pointing to herself. "Hey! Don't smudge the eyeshadow!!"
Sophie laughed along with Biana when suddenly her eyes widened. Biana was holding three bottles of elixirs in her hand.
"You don't think it's a bit overkill?" Sophie asked.
"But think about it!" Biana squealed before adding, "Fitz would love it!" under her breath.
Sophie agreed—a dreamy look forming in her eyes.
She hastily downed the three elixirs, and surprisingly they tasted like lavender. They had transformed her hair into long, blond beachy waves.
Even Sophie couldn't believe how stunning she looked. Turning around, she was met with a face-full of red dress. Biana had been rummaging through her huge collection of dresses trying to find the perfect one.
"Try that red one on, it brings out your beautiful brown eyes," Biana said simply.
Sophie couldn't help but blush at the comment.
"Ok, fine... for you," Sophie finished.
She tried on the long, flowy red dress and smiled. She missed Biana's makeovers. "I love it," Sophie said as she grinned.
Turning around on the matching red heels Biana had paired with the dress, she was met with a familiar accented voice around he corner.
