He started wearing those bandanas to keep his hair out of his face because he got lazy cutting it. But soon enough, the bandana kind of became his trademark. His hair grew longer overtime and the bandana in his hair started becoming a staple. He actually grew kind of fond of his longer curls and having them occasionally flop in front of his face. In the day, he'd pull it back and in place with one of his colorful bandanas and when he comes home at night he'd take it off because of 2 reasons.
One, he likes it loose and flopping around a bit.
Two, he likes it when you run your fingers through them.
He'd come home, take the bandana off and sit on the couch with you with his head in your lap and the TV turned on to both of your favorite tv show. As soon as his head makes contact to your skin, your fingers find their way into his mop of curls on instinct to play with them. He didn't really need to tell you directly that he likes it when you do that since the soft moans and groans coming from his mouth gave him away.
By the end of the episode, his hair was usually messier than normal from your hands running through them and he'd turn away from the TV to look up at you. This eye contact usually resulted in soft kisses placed on your hands and smiles forming on both of your faces.
