Sixteen

"Hey guys. A little bit of bad news. Due to a winter storm, we aren't going to be in New York as much as we would like. We aren't canceling any of the shows, but all of the pop up we had planned we aren't able to do anymore because we have to take the bus all the way instead of flying. We are currently in Arizona and should be in New York in 2-3 days, leaving on enough time for the three shows we have and then we are on the road again. We are so sorry and we will make it up to everyone. See you soon loves." I said making a story on Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter.

Due to a massive snowstorm on the east coast, all of the airports are closed meaning we have to drive all the way from California to New York. We are currently just now getting into Arizona and it completely sucks.

"Hey guys, we are going to stop in about an hour for food and to stretch our legs," Andrew said as he stepped out of the cabin in the front of of the bus with the driver where him and Lilly usually stay. The door closes so they give us privacy while having some of their own. He walked into the mini kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water before walking back into the cabin.

The boys and I are just sitting here watching some marvel movies, we decided to watch them in order and we are currently on Iron man 2. Shawn is stretched on the couch and Charlie has flung himself over the recliner. I grabbed the blanket off of my bed along with the pillow and I've been laying on the floor for the entirety of the first two and a half movie. I haven't moved once, I'm pretty sure my body is completely numb by now.

My phone started ringing and it was my moms wanting to FaceTime me. I answered and propped my phone up so they could see me but I didn't have to hold it.

"Hey." I said, it was just mom. "Hey honey how are you?" "Tired, but what else is new?" She laughed. She looked nervous about telling me something."what's wrong?" I asked. "We have some not so good news." She said trailing off. "Okay?" I said a little concerned. "I'm not sure we'll be able to make it to see the Madison square garden show." At that, I say up and grabbed my phone. "The new baby was born a couple weeks early so we had to go out and buy all the new stuff all at once instead of gradually. And we thought we were getting a boy so we were just going to use Henri's smaller clothes, but they read the sonogram wrong and we have a little girl now, and we had to buy all new clothes. We're really sorry honey, I wish there was something we could do." My heart sank a little. I mean yeah I was glad to have another sister, but I really wanted my family to watch me perform at Madison Square Garden, I wanted to be able to say I made it.

"No I understand. I guess I'll see you when the tour is over then?"  I said, my voice breaking. "We love you honey." "I love you guys too. Kiss the new baby for me." I said and hung up the call. I grabbed my blanket and pillow off the ground and walked back into the bunks. I climbed into my bed and closed the curtain, snapping the buttons on the wall so it wouldn't open. I wrapped myself in my blanket after putting my headphones in and playing music on high volume.

Shawn's POV

"Dude, are you not going to go check on her?" Charlie asked lauding the movie. I shook my head.

"I can tell exactly what will happen if I go back there. The curtain is going to be buttoned so I would have to talk to her through it, however I'll be able to hear her music faintly through the curtain because she has her earphones in and the volume all the way up, so I could talk until I'm blue in the face but she wouldn't hear a thing." I said standing up to go talk to Andrew. I knocked on the cabin door and waited until they responded before opening it.

"I need your help with something and I need you to keep it secret." I said closing the door back.

"What's up man?" He asked, putting his phone on his lap.
