Something tells me Derek will come back sooner than expected,we've been talking all day and all night for the past days,it's been really calm it seems like everything is falling in place and I couldn't be happier, currently our small pack and even the twins and Danny are helping us to make the pack house in a way cozier place, I've decided to have the perfect place for my baby, Jackson isn't here because he had an important football match so he left to LA for a week,I look around me and smile, Lydia and Aiden are laughing as the pretend to wrestle, Isaac is finishing up the living room, Danny and Ethan are painting the kitchen and I finally feel like we are a family, I know people say that before a storm comes a calm or something like that, but I'm sure that's not the case, nothing can go wrong from here
"Stinky,could we have a pool?" Lydia walks to me smiling
"Yes,that way I can bring honeys " Isaac wiggles his brows and we all laugh
"Where's Scott?" Danny asks hugging Ethan
I was hoping no one brought that up,I sigh
"Alison broke up with him again and he is trying to get back together"
"Isn't this like the 12th time?" Lydia sits down
"15th actually,but 8 of those times he broke up"
"That's so stupid,you either love someone and be with them or just let them be free" Aiden sits next to her
"You know it's not that simple all the time" she sighs
"If it's meant to be it will be" he takes her hand
"Aiden "
she sighs and we decide to leave them alone,we go to the woods and sit down, Danny holding hands with Ethan and Isaac next to me
"I don't understand those two,like are they an item?,is she cheating?,what about their mates?" Danny breaths out
"I don't understand either,she loves Jackson but with Aiden she's way happier,you can see it in her eyes" Isaac looks at them,they are holding hands but she's shaking her head
"Am I the only one that finds something weird in her?, like she's worried, when she's alone and thinks no one is watching she let's her facade fall" I bite my lip
"I've had that feeling too" Isaac nods but Danny and Ethan stay silent
The silence is broken by a slam in the door, we turn and see Aiden quickly shifting and running in to the woods, the door has a crack and Lydia quickly follows,but she gets in her car and speeds off
"We should get a new door" Isaac finally says
"Should we go after her?" Danny caresses Ethan's arm
"No, she needs time,we've been working on the place for a week and Jackson finally comes home in two nights,he will fix her" Isaac get up "and I still want my pool"
"I'm not sure about that buddy" I get up too "let's grab something to eat"
I try to keep my mind on other things because even if I don't want to believe I know deep in my gut that shit's about to go down.
