Kitty woke up, as did the sleeping body next to her, when the door to the trailer slammed shut, causing her to groan in annoyance. Her mother had done that on purpose, knowing that the two teenagers would be suffering from brutal hangovers due to the many drinks drank at FP's retirement party.

"God, can she be anymore petty?" Sweet Pea rolled over, pressing his head into the pillow as he tried to drag the covers from her, and failing miserably. She gave her duvet up to no one, not when the heater in her room had been broken for the past 3 years.

"Please don't test her on that." Kit mumbled picking up her phone, squinting her eyes as she tried to read the time. "Okay, so we've missed first and second period."

"Like we where gonna go in anyway." Pea sighed in defeat, throwing his arm over his eyes as he tried to shield them from the sun. "I need a Pop's breakfast and a joint."

"I second that," she tried to sit up, but Sweets pulled her back down and she let out a puff of air. "It's not gonna happen if you don't let me get up."

"Just five more minutes, then we will get up." He said snuggling her, and she nearly laughed at his softness. "You know, I'm sure we are meant to be somewhere today."

"We are always supposed to be somewhere." And for a moment she relaxed into her boyfriends arms, before sitting up bolt right and cursing. "Shit! We're supposed to be at the Wyrm!"

"Aw, fuck." Pea swore as Kitty began scrambling around her room, searching for clothes in a poor attempt to get ready. "Man, I do not want to be doing charity work today."

She shot him a glare which he openly returned before throwing his discarded jeans at him with a reasonable amount of force. It was tradition for the Southside Serpents to help out those less fortunate folk who lived in their part of town. Young and old alike, they did what they could, such as delivering meals for the elderly and providing Christmas presents for families who simply couldn't afford to buy their own. It was boring, and sometimes a lot of effort, but it gave each and every member a bit of joy knowing that they had given back to the community in some way, shape or form. It also showed that they weren't just some rebellious biker gang looking to cause trouble.

"Cmon, lazy, get your ass up." Kitty said as she struggled to pull on her black skinny jeans. "We can stop off at Pop's on the way, my treat."

And at that, Sweets was out of bed like a bat out of hell. The boy definitely had some sort of tape worm.

When the couple arrived at the Wyrm, bellies full of pancakes, most of their friends had already arrived and had begun wrapping presents. Unsurprisingly, the wooden beams had already been decorated with multicoloured lights, and a tree was being hoisted up on the side of the stage.

"Finally!" Fangs shouted across the room, holding both hands up in the air, one of them clutching a reasonably sized pink teddy bear. "Where have you both been?"

"Sorry bro," Pea replied as they approached the work station. "The hangover hasn't treated either of us very well."

"You know what you need?" Toni said without taking her eyes from the jigsaw puzzle in front of her. "A shot of whisky. Hair of the dog, always works."

"Ugh, no thanks." Kit grimaced. "We've had a lovely breakfast provided to us by the one and only Pop Tate."

"What, and you didn't bring me anything?" Fangs pouted. The rest of the teens laughed at his childlike antics.

"Anyone seen FP?" She questioned as the rest of them quietened. Toni nodded and pointed towards the office.

"Been in there since we got here."
