The thing that I hate about myself is my Anxiety disorder called "Selective Mutism" (I googled it)
And I hate it so much that I can't share my thoughts verbally and everybody just saying "hey don't be shy" like it's easy but it's the most difficult thing ever.
And I cry when I feel pressured and being the center of attention doesn't help at all, how can I be relaxed if I'm mentally beating myself up.
The is the worst anxiety you could ever have, being mute all day and able to socialise in any way isn't fun. It's like being trapped in your own head without being able to use your mouth because it's physically impossible.
Ugh...
This was just a little rant about how much I hate my anxiety...
