Short chapter because I actually thought I finished this book..

I smiled down at Josh and he blushed, he was down on one knee in front of me.

"Y/N, you would make the happiest man alive if you were my wife." He raised a beautiful ring up towards me.

"So, will you marry me?" He asked, as I beamed widely and stood there in shock, before all of my senses hit me at the same time. "Yes, yes, yes!" I hugged him tightly before he slipped the ring onto my finger, kissing my lips lightly afterwards.

We had spent the whole day together, he insisted on taking me out today, we went to the arcades then to a carnival, sat on the beach in the evening and he proposed to me by the sea.

I intertwine my hands with Josh's as we stroll along the shore together. "This world is beautiful." I smile, looking up at the night sky, stars glistening high up.

"Not as beautiful as you." He whispered into my ear, "You're such a dork." I replied, squeezing his cheeks and flicking his nose.

"I know." He stuck his tongue out as I studied the engagement ring in the starlight.

The star's glow bouncing off of the silver and making it look even more magical.

"I can't believe you just proposed to me." I mutter to Josh, and he blushes.

"I can't either, I would love to spend the rest of my life with you and this is the first step." He brushes my hair behind my ear as he leans in and his lips lightly capture mine.

A soft breeze lifts up my hair and we stood in the moonlight; completely in love with each other.

And nothing has changed.
