without one, there is nothing but
a blank canvas.

like a musician needs his instruments;
without them, there is nothing but
silence.
i need you
like a dancer needs his shoes;
without them, there is nothing but
stillness.
because without you,
there is nothing;
so what's the point
in lungs that breathe
and a heart that beats?
