Your OC has been sent either a letter or have personally been told by an Avenger-or their parents if an Avenger is their parent-that they are to make their way to Avengers Tower as soon as possible. They have been asked whether they would be interested in joining the Avengers as their potential has been noted by the Team.
Your OC will be tested by a specific Avenger-you choose who it is- and their results will be discussed by the other Avengers to see whether your OC is fit to be part of the Avengers.
