"Hmm?" He looked down at his girlfriend, who had her head laid on his lap, laying on his couch. Only sounds from the TV could be heard as he waited for her to continue.
"I miss you."

"Doesn't that sound weird to you though? I'm right next to you."
"Well, if you're comfortable saying it, then I am too."
"Aww. I love you."
"I love you too. And I miss you. I'll never stop missing you, even when you're right next to me."
"I'll miss you forever too."
