Adelaide woke up in a bed she looked around before getting up and walking around the house she noticed Niklaus was the only one home he was painting a beautiful landscape "Morning love"He says nor moving from his painting
"Good morning Niklaus"She says walking to him "There are some clothes in the bathroom if you would like to clean yourself up"He offers to her she noticed he was tense so she touched his shoulder
"You're scared of me"she whispers she took a step back "How did you-?"He asks but she cuts him off "I can feel your emotions when I touch you old serpent trick"She tells him
"Its okay to be scared of me im scared of myself im really a monster now"She says and sighs he walked over to her lifting her head "Well you are a very beautiful monster"He tells her
She rolls her eyes with a chuckle "How will Matt be able to handle this? First a vampire serpent now a witch"She sighs once again but Niklaus just smiles at her "Hes your brother he is stuck with you"He tells her
"Speaking of brothers where it yours?"She asks which made him sigh "Fine I need to leave"She tells him "Im not stopping you"He tells her turning around "Niklaus I mean I need to leave town"She tells him this made him turn back around
"Do uh do you remember at the bar and we were laughing and having fun and you looked at me?"She asks "Yes?"He questions "You looked at me like you look at her uh Caroline"She tells him
"I burned all the pictures I drew of her could you not say her name"He says angrily "Really? Finally you needed to get over her she never loved you I dont blame her though you are rude as hell and as evil as they come Niklaus"She snaps back
"Oh really says the girl who just said she cant face her only sibling left because shes a monster well at least I dont hide behind a mask!"He yells at her she vamp sped to him pushing him into a wall she felt anger rage then lust but then she felt something different she felt love
"Love?"She asks out loud confused "What?"He asks and she quickly pulls away "Nothing"She says looking away "You felt love when you touched me didnt you?"He asks
She didnt answer "Answer me Adelaide"He tells her "Anger rage lust then yea maybe I felt love"She tells him and just like that hes in front of her
"Dont get the wrong idea"He tells her and she looks at him confused but then he kisses her and she kissed back she felt him deepen the kiss like he would never get the chance to do it again
After a while she woke up in a bed but it was not the same bed it was Niklaus's bed she was naked and so was he but thankfully he was still asleep she quickly got up leaving him a note
Adelaide went home and got her stuffed packed up she walked out and noticed an envelope with her name on it she opened it and read it

Im sorry I left you know why I had to I wish I could have spent more time with you in my presence you lit up the ball room by just taking off your jacket and dont think I didn't notice that boy staring at you but he was right to stare because I did as well you looked stunning you always do and later that night you warned me you possibly saved my life and for that I owe you
