How the moon makes us feel
At the lightful glance
The guide it gives to us
When even though the Sun is Set
The Moon shows that It stays past Dusk
Not fearing the terrifying universe that encompasses it
With the friendly stars twinkling mischievous winks
Glowing so miraculously throughout otherwise dark nights
Our sweet, kind moon mother
Within her nighttime womb
We stand unafraid of the Dark
