Taehyung's POV

I sat down on a chair inside the surprisingly cold auditorium. I watched as the students during prom danced the night away with their partners. I specifically kept an eye on the popular new student in my grade. Jeon Jungkook was his name, he usually hung out with Jimin, an old popular student.

I was staring at Jungkook when Jimin looked towards my direction, noticing that I was staring at Jungkook. He giggled and whispered something to Jungkook that made him look at me. I stared down back at my apple juice immediately, trying to avoid his gaze

After a few minutes I felt a tap on my shoulder, so I looked up. To my surprise, it was Jeon Jungkook in all of his beauty.

"Hey, I- It's me, Jungkook. Can- Can I ask for a dance?" He asked me. Did he just stutter? Is he seriously nervous around me

"Of course" I said in an astonished tone as I stood up and grabbed his hand, dragging him to the dance floor

He chuckled at me as he put his hands around my neck and I put my hands on his waist. We were dancing to Can't Help Falling in Love With You by Elvis Presley

"Wanna ditch this dance? The only thing they're going to do is announce prom king, let's just have a candlelit dinner under the stars" I whispered to his ear as the music came to an end

He nodded feverishly so I dragged him out the back door, I had the key for that since I'm a student council after all

"Where are we going V - hyung?" He asked me, using my stage name for my family restaurant I work at which made me surprised

"How do you know my stage name?" I asked him while smirking

"I kind of sort of went to one of your gigs..." He said awkwardly as he looked anywhere but me

"Oh come on baby, don't be embarrassed, It's alright. I have opening night tonight, I could dedicate this performance to you?" I asked him as we entered the staff room, where I got ready for my opening night outside

"Tae baby!" I heard a familiar voice yell as the person tackled me into a hug

"Hi Eonni" I said as I patted her hair and pushed her off me

"Who's this baby boy you got here?" She asked in a flirty tone as she grabbed Jungkook's silk tie in hand and examined him closely

I could see Jungkook freeze in his spot so I came to his rescue "He's mine Eonni, shove off. Right, Princess?" I said as I nuzzled my nose onto his neck, breathing in his scent

"Hmph, when will the day come when you actually bring me a girlfriend for me!" She whined playfully as she stomped away like a child

I chuckled as I let Jungkook go and started to apply my very simple makeup on, just concealer, eyeliner, a few dabs of pale pink blush, lip tint for liveliness and lastly, make up setter

"Princess, I look okay right?" I asked him as faced him

"You look hot as hell Dad- I mean V" He chuckled nervously, as he cut himself off

"Were you about to call me Daddy?" I chuckled out as I cupped his cheek

"Maybe...." He trailed off, looking away from me trying to hide his obviously blushing face
