Wnet Suddenly Announces New Program "Produce Couple"

A teaser was suddenly released under Wnet, Starship and MONSTA X's websites. It features clips of MONSTA X and their interaction with Monbebes, and dramatic sentences to attract the audience. The teaser ended with the logo of the new program. After the teaser is an application form for Monbebes who are interested.
According to an official statement from Wnet, the idea of the program was proposed by Starship Entertainment. After many discussions and heavy planning, both companies finalised the format of the program "Produce Couple". This program is very much a survival program, ending with only 1 winning couple: a lucky fan and her bias from MONSTA X.
The aim is to realise the dreams of fangirls out there who wishes to date their idols. According to an insider from Wnet, the potential of this program to become a hit is very high. When it surpasses the target, a season 2 would be coming right up.
