Makoto was the first to come, towing a silent Haru behind him. "Hey, (y/n), how's it going?"
he asked as you ushered the two teens inside.
"I'm alright, and you?"
Makoto assured you that he was just great and Haru stayed quiet. you raised an eyebrow but didn't question it.
About 14 minutes later Nagisa bounded into the house without knocking, pulling a lecturing Rei in behind him. you laughed and you all sat together in the kitchen.
"the family left to go run errands, so they'll be gone for a bit."
you informed them, and then you all sat and chat for awhile. Haru barely spoke.
"cat got your tongue, man?"
Nagisa bumped Haru's shoulder with his own and you laughed, Rei biting his tongue to hold back from lecturing the small blonde. Haruka shrugged and you sighed a little. it'd be nice if he opened up. If only..
after awhile your parents came home and you introduced the 4 boys to them. they ended up loving the teens and they stayed for dinner, which was grilled fish. they stayed until about 7, and left with an array of hugs and goodbyes. Haru actually hugged you, and he held it about 4 seconds longer than a normal hug. he left without another word.
