You feel pessimistic
As If nothing is going right for you
You try to talk it out with your friend
But it seems that the pain doesn't end there
Once you've spoken about your problems
You feel alone
As if no one cares
About you
You try to fill that lonely empty space
With videos on social media
You fill the empty space with puppies or kittens
You fill it with desire of the flesh
You don't look through Gods eyes
But Gods eyes is the most powerful
It is the most loving scene
No desires of the world could ever prosper there
Looking through flesh eyes is like
Looking through a mirror with your eyes closed
You see only darkness
Now open your eyes
What do you see?
You notice everything about you right?
Your facial features
Your Body
Everything
Seeing through the flesh with your eyes open
Is saying you're ugly
You tell yourself that youre not worth something
You're so stuck on what society thinks is
Beautiful
What about what God sees?
He sees a warrior
He sees a person of imperfections
Even though they were made out of every bit of perfection
What God sees is
Worshippers
He sees his children
He sees perfection and the beauty that we sometimes don't see
Sometimes we see that
We are too fat or too skinny
We are judged by worldly standards
And we listen to them
Why not listen to God?
why not listen to his standards?
Why not listen to him in general?
He's the only man or woman who should judge your life.
Not the world
Through his eyes
You're strong
Courageous
Worthy
