Chapter 12: Are We Couples?

Bea's POV

"Anong tanong yan?" I asked with a disgusted look on my face.

"Yun yung unang tinanong saamin eh. Sagutin mo nalang."

"Uh, ok, let me try cause I'm not good at this.

I think I can say that I already love the person when I'm willing to take a risk for them.

Maybe even a life changing risk."

While we are in the middle of our discussion, I saw Denice wearing her S+A uniform with a microphone accompanied by camera men.

She suddenly went to where we are and said, "Hi, Thirdy and Bea, we have a Valentine's special for Upfront. We're going to play some games lang naman."

"Sure," I said.

"3....2....1....and rolling." The staff said.

"So, we are here today in the home of the Eagles with the King and Queen Eagles." -Denice

"Hiiii," we said then waved.

"We're gonna play a game for couples."

Me and Thirdy looked at each other.

"But were not couples," I whispered and looked at the camera.

"You two, will each have a white board and a marker. Then we're going to ask some questions and you both have to answer it."

Thirdy mouthed, "Let's just go with the flow." Lakas rin ng tama nito eh.

"Are you guys ready?"

"Yeah." "Yes."

"Okay, first question: what gift would you like to receive from your special someone today?"

I wrote "Time and fries." Thirdy wrote, "Her presence is more than enough."

"Second question is: would you rather watch the sunset together or walk in the park together on Valentine's Day?"
I wrote "Sunsets."

And Thirdy wrote, "Her choice" with an arrow pointing at me.

"Third question is a test of relationship. So get ready."

Thirdy pointed to his eyes then pointed on my eyes then back on to his. And he mouthed, "I'm watching you."

"The question is: When did you first meet?"

I wrote "Back in highschool." And he wrote, "Highschool."

"This one's an intriguing question. Who fell in love first?"

Thirdy and I looked at each other. He was grinning at me while I looked at him with an i-don't-know look.

I wrote "Thirdy." When I checked what was Thirdy's answer he hid it and showed it only to Denice and the camera.

"Are you cheating," I asked him. "No, why would I," he replied while smiling.

"Okay, we're down to the last question, who said I love You first?"

What am I supposed to write? We didn't even do that yet.

Since I don't know what to write, I just wrote a big question mark.

Thirdy, again didn't show his answer. He only gave Denice and the camera a peek.

Denice looked at me while smiling after she saw what Thirdy wrote. Ano kayang sinulat ng mokong na yun?

"Okay, there we have it, our UAAP Couple, ThirBea! So, before we end this segment, what's your message for one another?"

"Bea, you go first," Thirdy commanded me and pinanlakihan ko lang siya ng mata.
