"Seon Mi, come to my office" CEO said as he walk pass by at my table

"yes sir" I only answered while I was arranging some papers on a folder that our boss needs to approved and to be sign.

Even though he ordered me to come to his office, I still knock three times at his door before entering, just like what was used to be.

And as I enter the room a serious face and aura of our CEO welcomed me.

He didn't say anything instead he just gaze at my direction and motioned - I mean gestured - to me to take a seat at the couch in front of him. I just sat silently in it waiting for CEO to say a word.

"Seon Mi take a look at this" CEO said as he handed to me a navy blue folder.

I opened it and there I saw the lease documents for the apartment building that has been handed down to our agency the other day.

With a puzzled look at my face I face our CEO. Curious and intrigue about the issue about this land.

"there has been an issue and report that every tenants of that apartment has gotten sick a day after they move in. And because of this issue there's no tenant who last long for even a week there, and because of that the owner decided to sell it since there is no one who is interested in renting that place anymore." he explained as he cross his fingers while one of his forearm is resting at the armrest of the couch he was sitting at.

"so are you suspecting that this issue and problem was due to evil spirit, isn't it Mr.Lee?" I ask our CEO

"yes, and I want you to confirm it, since the seller which is the owner wants it to be sold as soon as possible. You can bring anyone in the office if you want" he said before dismissing me.

But before I go out from his office, I gave first to our Ceo the papers that needed his sign for processing purposes of the lands and real states that our agency is handling.

Evil spirit huh?. Does this kind of spirit exist?. But what if it was all just a coincidence that the tenants of that apartment complex got sick ?, but then it would be a weird coincidence if that's the case.

It all goes to one conclusion, evil spirit. And when it comes to dealing with this kind of land transaction cases at our agency it was always me who handle this kind of cases aside form our boss. Because my workmates doesn't believe in evil spirits or what so ever entity or any non human being that do exist in this world.

Right after I finished all of the works I needed to finish at office for the day I headed right away at the address of that said apartment, that is said and rumored that if you live here you will definitely got sick right away. That's why all of the tenants who used to live here decided to leave one by one and choose to live at other apartment building near the area.

But as I walk around each rooms I don't see nor feel anything unusual.

Maybe it was all just a mere coincidence. Merely and purely coincidence. I thought when I remembered that there is still once place that I haven't checked in here. The rooftop!.
