#7. Get in the habit of putting chapstick/lip balm on multiple times during the day, especially in the colder months. Put some on before bed, if you get up during the night, and first thing in the morning. Nothing's worse than sore cracked lips, and it'll keep them nice and soft.

#8. Try your hardest not to use your phone etc in bed! It can give you headaches and make it hard for you to sleep, not to mention how tired you'll be in the morning. Also, scientific research has shown that using your electronics with wifi in bed for a long period of time (over heaps of years) can cause a form of brain damage! Put you off your phone in bed yet? Now put it away!

Well, I should probably follow my own tips.... I'm lying in bed at 12:30pm writing this on my iPod. Whoops.... I just can't break the habit/addiction!
