Ikebukuro. The largest city in Toshima-ku, but also the most deadly and unsafe. It is also the home of the infamous "color gangs" that are constantly bickering and fighting over the mindful city. Kidnappings and murder are often common along with plenty of myths. These myths range from a headless rider to human experimentation. Despite all of this relentless chaos in the strangely beautiful city, I have lived here almost all of my life.
