Steve P.O.V.

"Please welcome, the newly wedded couple!" Vision announced as we entered the venue.

It has been a year and a half since the accords. After freeing everyone from the floating jail facility in the middle of the Pacific, we laid low in Wakanda. His highness, KingT'challa, willingly helped us through processing some papers with the government that's keeping him responsible for all of us. He argued that Wakanda obviously has more advanced facilities than the United States Government. As for his relationship with Bucky, he hasn't fully forgave him yet, though he understood that Buck was brainwashed that time. And with all the hidden Hydra bases lurking above or beneath the surface of Earth, Bucky had to be iced. Nobody knew when they would attack and maybe brainwash him again. Of course Bucky agreed. He said it is his atonement for everything that he has done, brainwashed or not.

As for the rest, well, we had to stay in King T'challa's palace. Training, rest, training then rest, cycle repeats. We've suffered enough. They've suffered enough. Clint not seeing his family, Lang losing chances with his daughter, and Wanda. . . she just can't move on with the happenings thinking that she was the reason for the accords which started the conflict with Stark. That change when Natasha came.

"The newly wedded couple! Mr. and Mrs. Stark!" Vision announce as we; Natasha, Tony and Pepper, approached the stage. Everyone applauded when Tony kissed Pepper.

Apparently, we made up with Tony. He asked the King to bring us back to S.H.I.E.L.D., except for Bucky of course. Well, Natasha did, with orders from Fury and with the help of Tony. Just after talking with T'challa, Natasha brought the news to us and invited us to Tony and Pepper's wedding. Yes, we just got out from Wakanda. Clint and Lang had to go directly to their families though.

"So. . . Haven't you talked with Tony yet?" Nat said as she approach me at the bar.

"Yeah. . We had a short Bachelor's Party before the wedding." I smiled as I looked at her sitting on the stool with a champagne on hand. It was the first time that I have observed her closely since the fight. She had gotten thinner and a lot beautiful, her red hair a bit longer and brighter. "You know, I haven't thanked you yet. . You know. . . for letting us escape. For taking the risk of maybe being punished for hitting a King."

She chuckled, "You know that's the least that I could do. . . It was only then that I realized my mistake. I haven't thought of Clint and his family and the rest of you."

"You never really made a mistake. You just believed what you thought was right." I gave her a smile which she returned. It was then when her phone vibrated which was a message and read it.

"Shit."

"Language." I smiled while taking a sip from my drink.
