Airheart stumbled through the forest as her heart pounded. Her snowy-white fur was covered in mud and blood and the star-shaped mark on her forehead began to glow. She used starlight to fuel her body without eating or drinking water. But gathering starlight was dangerous since she had to stand in places where the sky was open.
I need a safe place to stay, she thought. No sound would come from her throat since it was dry as the plains during the dry season. A place came to mind and she used the last of her powers to teleport to Laucus Pack. They could help her, for now...
